| Also: we should probably get this one out of the way early, because legendaries affect a ton of the game's aspects.
As usual we'll need one legendary as the game's icon, and a couple others to keep the game running after the majority of it is out of the way.
Suggestions? | |

| I think regirock is the only rock-type legendary so far. Let's change that. | |

| I like the idea of all the Unown to have been one creature. I was thinking a Tangrowth-style creature but with every letter of the alphabet floating together. Get what I'm saying?

| Wouldn't be as many, that far back in time.
Arbok, that's an awesome idea. We could make the game some lame play on "alphabet" similar to the Ruins of Alph

I would imagine they would be all stuck together in a big clump and possibly doubles if there is too small an amount.

Epic idea, dude. COUGH COUGH CERBERUS COUGH Dude, Pegasus and Cerebrus would be awesome. Seriously. Since it's Pokemon Iron, it would make a lot of sense if the "god" Pokemon (example of a god Pokemon being Rayquaza in RSE) was part Steel.

| Maybe there could be a rare pokemon from each 'culture', and just one main legendary? | |

| China would obviously be some kind of red dragon. Maybe [fire/dragon] I don't know shit about egyptian myths, if not the sphinx then maybe a scarab/scorpion Rome/greece would be our pegasus [flying because it's a goddam flying horse, and water because in the myths, water sprang from wherever it stepped] Etc etc, forgot all the other locations we were planning | |

| Light? It seems a bit odd to add in a new type, especially as (what I assume to be what you think) the opposite element for it, Dark, is in fact Evil the original Japanese and is meant to be the art of fighting dishonourably and unfairly in comparison to the Fighting type which is supposed to represent discipline and honour in combat. It wouldn't really fit in, and I think it would cause to many game balance/programming issues to be worth the hassle of including. | |

| I would honestly stay away from the introducing new types. Light seems to be represented pretty well by Normal, Fighting, and Psychic.
I suppose we could change Steel to Iron, as Iron was much more common in ancient metalworking.

| Or how about just re-naming it Metal? there's quite a few Steel type Pokemon with bodies that look like they're constructed from non-steel metals, so a blanket term to cover all of them might be the best option we have. | |
